What can we say about this beautiful apartment, everything was just perfect for us. Very easy check-in with simple instructions, then greeted by a pristine apartment throughout. The location was great, 5 mins from an enormous beach and a promenade to Garrucha, bus stop 1 min walk. Lots of local eateries within 5 / 10 minute walk. The roof top terrace is amazing, great BBQ and chilling area. Maja & Jake were very responsive to a couple of questions about the area and gave us a few great recommendations. We started most days with a light breakfast downstairs (brilliant coffee) then a gentle stroll to Garrucha along the beach, a very traditional Spanish town. Mojacar village is also a must. Highly recommended, will definitely come back again. Thank you

Apartamento completo según la descripción, muy cerca de la playa, fácil aparcamiento, zona tranquila, dos terrazas muy bien equipadas pero lamentablemente nosotros no pudimos disfrutar de ellas por las condiciones climatológicas. Buena y rápida comunicación con Maja a través de la aplicación, con una descripción detallada de todas las acciones a realizar antes de llegar y al salir del apartamento.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad van 4 weken in het appartement. Overal kun je tot laat in de zon zitten. Het dakterras met BBQ is ook geweldig. Met dichtbij een Belgische bakker met heerlijke lekkernijen.

We spent a total of 4 weeks in the apartment and were very satisfied. There is everything you need for a longer stay. Communication with Maya and Jake was easy, quick and very pleasant. We have needed their help a few times and they have been very accommodating! There are enough parking spaces directly in front of the apartment, as well as a small mini market that is actually always open. The internet speed of the apartment is very good. The highlight was clearly the roof terrace. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach, which is also beautiful. We would totally recommend this apartment!

La casa se correspondía con la descripción y servicios indicados en el anuncio. No precisamos contactar con la propietaria en ningún momento. Hubo varios aspectos a mejorar: la limpieza ya que algunos cajones de la cocina no estaban limpios, el suelo de la casa no parecía estar fregado, la nevera no enfriaba bien y muy poca vajilla (faltaban vasos y platos). Por lo demás todo bien. La terraza muy agradable y la casa contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias.
