Thanks for a lovely stay. The place is great overall. Central, spacious and clean. Checkin/checkout was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to be back some day!

The flat was lovely and exactly as described. It had plenty of room and everything that was promised. The location was terrific for access to the trains and to many pubs and restaurants.

The bdrm with 2 twin beds is a tight space. The water pressure in the bdrm with 2 beds is not good at all. I was concerned about the main bdrm and the structural integrity of the unit in general because the dresser was tilting forward. I’m not sure if the dresser is anchored to the wall, but if you have small children be cautious. The pictures do not depict the extreme forward tilt of the dresser. The oven also did not work. The main bed is uncomfortable. In the beginning, their communication response was quick. When I had an issue with the oven it too longer to hear back from them. While we were there it rained and the ceiling started leaking. C’mon! We were home, notified Altido, and were given no further instructions. Chris was more helpful. We dried the carpet and set a bucket up so no further damage would occur on our own. The term “luxurious” has NO place in the description of this unit. We were extremely disappointed, we would not stay again, and it’s overpriced.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little noise. There was issues getting in as the 15:00 time was pushed back to 15:30 and it wasn't until 16:10 that the Altido agent arrived to let us in. I'm not sure why they didn't want to just leave the key lock box - it's mentioned in the info packet they sent out. After traveling for 20 or so hours, the last thing we wanted to do was to stand around in the hot sun for 45 minutes waiting to be let into the flat. The house is HOT. Even with the windows open, there was very little breeze. Everyone had trouble sleeping due to the heat and the uncomfortable mattresses. There was also a stale cigarette-like scent in the house that was bothersome. The stay was fine but the place could be much better with some basic refreshes as it looks like nothing has been updated in quite a while - AT LEAST new mattresses and carpeting. The coach station and underground stations were approx 10-15 min walk.
