Highly recommend! It’s like a little private resort. The pool, jacuzzi, little beachside lake, everything. It’s was so clean and comfortable inside. Any questions I had were answered immediately.

We were so excited to stay at this beautiful home! There were so many amenities we did not leave the property much because we had so much to do. The home is large and is very comfortable. There were two adults, two teenagers and a small child in our party and everyone had a great time! The location was easy to find and close to any restaurant or activity we did want to do. Matt was a great host!

We enjoyed our relaxing vacation here! Remodeling was beautiful! The lake and option for the boat were a hit with the whole family! Matt was very responsive and was present for the walk through of the house on check in. He made sure we knew how to drive the boat and felt comfortable with the boat and lift. We ran into a couple challenges. 1) during the bathroom renovation. Apparently the filter is defective and on back order so we had difficulty controlling the temperature in the master bathroom. 2) the air conditioning went out on the Fourth of July so we had to leave a day early as the house was too hot.3) the hot tub continue to run out of water likely due to a leak and we had to refill the hot tub every day. Despite the challenges with the pool and the air conditioning, Matt was very responsive and trying to resolve challenges as best as possible. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great property in a very secluded area. We enjoyed the amenities and great shape of the house, and the lake itself! Distribution of bedrooms was ideal for us since each master is located in oposite sides of the house and we were 2 families so that allowed us to have enough privacy too. The kids enjoyed the pool and direct access to the lake, and the boat!! Kitchen space and equipment are great too (probably the best we have seen in any rentals!). And communication with the owner was superb (excellent response time and flexibility to accommodate us and our questions. Thanks SO MUCH Matthew!!). Very well-maintained place with great amenities in a very relaxing environment, and great owner!
