ASK FOR TINA!!!!!! Tina was soooo helpful and very friendly. I was contemplating canceling my reservation prior because of the person who was dealing with accommodations at the time, but a couple days before arrival I got a message and I immediately knew it was someone else. The place is exactly what is advertised, staff were friendly. The food at fireside restaurant was so good, I highly recommend the roasted potatoes. Overall was a good experience

This was one of 3 places in which I stayed over a 19-day vacation in Guyana. The responsiveness and care exhibited by the staff was the standout - Tina brought me ice for swollen feet on my first evening after I had been on a long road trip. An iron was provided on request. They checked in with me before entering my room to do TV upgrades and ensured that the room was swept afterward and sprayed to get rid of mosquitoes. The bathroom sink was immediately cleaned after I alerted that it needed attention. They brought me an extra pillow that I asked for. The room was generally comfortable. I appreciated the water kettle, tea bags, and milk and sugar provided, and the citrus bath gel in the shower. As well as the hot water and shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. The one thing to be cautious of depending on your sensitivity is the issue of sound. This area is busy and so I heard lots of foot and auto traffic, and shouting neighbours. I would stay again.

So, the host was very responsive. I was able to check in before my reservation. I booked last minute, and she was able to accommodate. However, I didn't get the room that I booked. I had to switch rooms. In my opinion, the host needs to emphasize their cleaning and dusting of their place.

Lily was there to greet me at check it. I love that it’s codes to get into your rooms. Also nearby restaurants, and you don’t need to rent a car, because everything is close by. I will def stay here again. It’s home away from home!
