If you are lucky to stay at David’s loft you will not be disappointed! David’s warm and welcoming energy, combined with his beautifully decorated home and garden are not to be missed!! Being next to Hawthorne park with pups is a huge convenience. It’s quiet and the having the parking is a huge stress relief. I cannot thank David enough!

I had just moved to Philly for my job and needed a long-term stay until I had an apartment secured. This was my first time using Airbnb and I was pretty apprehensive since I was coming in blind. David made this place feel like a home away from home. From the get go communication was quick and easy. The space, indoors and outdoors, is beautifully laid out and feels clean and open. All the necessities for day to day living were provided, and on the rare occasion I thought of something I needed, David was extremely accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the location makes it easy to walk to many of Philly’s attractions. I am so happy I chose to stay here. I feel like I made both a smooth transition to Philly as well as a friend in the process. I really could go on and on, but I will just end by saying I can’t recommend staying here enough.
