Great apartment with air conditioning on the main room. It is located in nice residential neighborhood, close to parks, shopping centers, hospital and everythig you need to have a nice trip. Excellet wifi. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, the main one with bathroom and air conditioning. The other two have fans although the apartment is ventilated. The dining room and living room have a pleasant space to share with the family or friends. It has a 50-inch TV. Large and very well equipped kitchen, laundry area with washing machine.

La señora Adriana siempre muy atenta y pendiente de todo lo que pudiera necesitar . La comunicación siempre muy rápida con ella y sus colaboradores .
Un lugar muy cómodo, amplio y completo. Todos los servicios son muy completos y el lugar está en muy buen estado. La comunicación con las personas encargadas es fluida y oportuna.
The apartment was spacious and clean. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I lived/ worked here for one month and the internet was excellent. I had daily zoom video meetings and made a lot of outbound sales calls into the U.S without any problems. At night the noise from the motorbikes ( apartment faces the street) was annoying but the A.C in the main bedroom drowned that out for the most part. The building has a 24/7 doorman for security if that is important to you.. but Bucaramanga is a safe city overall
