This place was an amazing value! It was palatial inside and sparkling clean. The backyard is enormous- there is a beautiful pool area and a side yard with grass for your pup. Loved the pool, loved the home, and absolutely loved the hosts who are super friendly and responsive. This is a great location close to a ton of dining and things to do but also super quiet. It was just me and my pets but this would be a great home for a family as there are tons of TVs, games, a pool table, and even a foosball table! I also want to note that even though the house is very large, it stays extremely cool and the AC works great- which is a must in the Phoenix weather. Absolutely zero cons- highly recommend this home and the hosts! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Andie and Dean made staying at their place easy. They were proactive about reaching out about checking in prior to the day and time we arrived and about reminding us about checkout. We didn't realize there were different places we could park and initially parked at the side so we had to bring our luggage around the front, but once we got to the front door then getting in was easy with the instructions provided. Our hosts were very responsive and answered my messages through the Airbnb website very promptly. We didn't feel like getting cold in the unheated swimming pool so we didn't take advantage of that this time around, but my group loved the open spaces in the living room - great for late night talks or card games. There was lots of space and we almost wished we had more people on our trip to take advantage of it. We were attending a conference at the Phoenix convention center which was a short 10min or so drive away. Thanks for a great stay!
