Small but cozy studio in the heart of the Italian alps. Ski in&out and with a marvelous balcony facing Matterhorn, you are more than welcome in our modest studio! The studio includes an open space living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofa that turns into a queen size bed next to a great view of Matterhorn from the balcony, TV and counter. The dining area includes a dinning table for four people, full kitchen with stove, oven, mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom is small but well equipped with shower, WC, bidet and a comfortable sink. Down the entrance, there are stairs taking you down to the lower part of the studio where the queen-size bed and a mirrored-wardrobe is included. This area has no windows or doors that separate it from the rest of the studio but it offers a quiet, "rifiugio"-like feeling

We had a lovely stay at Rualba's place. It is very close to the ski tracks and perfect for short ski holiday. She and her husband were very responsive and helpful with everything we needed (response time was within seconds). The coffee capsules & tea bags were really lovely gesture. we would definitely stay at Rualba's place again.

Great host, great location close to the ski lift and bus stop into Cervinia. The apartment was a little tired but good value for money and perfect for a quick weekend away in the mountains.
We booked the apartment for 4 nights in late February, early March. From the start the communication with Rualba was excellent. On arrival she met us and showed us round and explained everything in the apartment and the local area. The apartment suited our needs, had all the amenities we needed and the bed in the alcove worked well. It is possible to ski from the back door to the slopes but we preferred to walk a short way down the road to get on the slopes. The local bus is run by Arriva and costs €1.20 per ride. We used this on a couple of occasions when we ended our skiing in the town. We ate out in the local restaurants and they were great. All in all a great apartment in a wonderful ski area.
Rualba’s place was amazing! Very clean and close to the lift. Any time I needed something she responded very quickly and helped with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend it!

The neighborhood has all the basic services that could be needed without having to go down in town with only 50m walking distance.
A ski rental that sells also the ski-passes with whom we have a 20% discount for our guests on ski equipment.
Base Camp restaurant &pizzeria and Market services and "Even Bar" just 50 meters walking down from our building. It is estimated a 2 min walk down from our building.
In the same area where the services are, there is also the start of the ski slope and Lift called Cielo-Alto.
Just in front of the lift you can take the slope that takes you down in town, close to the main lifts of Plain Maison, or take the Cielo Alto Lift and go the other side following Slope nr. 34. This is a black slope so make sure you are a good intermediate skier :)
The free parking area is found in front of the building entrance, as well as just across the street.
Both parking areas are free and very close to your apartment.
