We chose Patio for an extended family holiday, including the birth of our 6th child. The location is excellent, close to Aveiro (12-15 minutes drive), Estarejja (6-7 minutes drive) and the sweet village facilities around (bakery, mini market). From there you are short drives away from major cities as Porto and Coimbra and gain access to all their offering easily. The location also provided with great options for activities: cycling, museums, workshop and many more. The house itself is fully equipped with traditional and modern utilities - it's and old family home and you feel from all the little and thoughtful details. The kids had lovely space to move and to find nice spots around the 'secret garden'. Although on the village entrance, the garden is a haven and a refuge to take time and simply relax. The host were wonderful - great communication in English and Portuguese, clear, simple and honest. Quick to respond to our needs or maintenance needed and very good check in process (especially appreciated the house manuels, they make everything very simple). We all had an amazing time and really like our stay at Patio. Thank you Teresa, Luísa and Jose for your kindness and hospitality.

Estancia increíble en la casa de Luisa y Teresa. Un alojamiento impoluto y cómodo, con todas las comodidades a disponibilidad, fácil acceso desde la autopista, un recibimiento impecable y excelente situación para conocer la región de Aveiro y sus playas. Lo mejor, el jardín. Amplio y muy tranquilo, en la parte trasera de la casa, para disfrutar de cenas con amigos o en familia. Repetiremos seguro. Até breve,

Beautiful house, spacious, nicely furnished, clean, well equipped, wonderful garden, and quiet neighborhood. Nice surrounding cities, small villages and sites to visit. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We do recommend it!

Por instalaciones, limpieza, espacio y confortabilidad, la casa es excelente para unas vacaciones en grupo en la zona de Aveiro. Fuimos 9 personas -con niños en edad de jugar y expandirse- y la casa fue perfecta para ello. Los anfitriones muy correctos, atentos corteses. Repetiríamos, sin duda.
