The property was perfect and Luis and his crew were even better; both exceeded our expectations. The property was great (inside and out), with all amenities (e.g., great kitchen ware, towels and outside furniture), and some core items were already stocked when we arrived. It was spotless and had great bedding and pillows which we really appreciated after spending nights beforehand in hotels. Besides being on the waterfront with a great view of Faro, one can walk to several great restaurants and to the ferry into the city. The ocean is visible from the other side of Luis' house and is right across the street...so beautiful. He has a comprehensive house book, in multiple languages, with all the information needed to stay at the house and enjoy the area. He went above and beyond to be helpful and even made taxi arrangements for us to leave early in the morning to catch a 6:00 a.m. flight. We highly recommend Luis and his property. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Another wonderful stay at Luís’s beach house! This was my family's FIFTH time staying at the beach house in Faro (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids). It is always the perfect getaway with a true 'Super Host', Luís. The house has everything you need. Amazing location that is hard to find anywhere else, across the street from the beach and backs out onto the Ria Formosa lagoon. We kayaked and paddled boarded, as well as enjoyed time reading on the patio with a great view. Luís is very thoughtful and always responds quickly to messages. This was our fifth time at the beach house but most certainly won't be our last.

We loved our stay. Our kids loved exploring in the lagoon and walking along the beach front and we loved having this relaxing space as our home base in the Algarve. Our host was so helpful and responsive and the home was FULLY stocked and even had a welcome bottle of wine and fruit/bread/eggs for our first breakfast. The details made it that much more amazing ❤️
