Appartement extrêmement bien placé dans Lille permettant de tout faire à pied. Calme malgré son emplacement central. Hôte réactif et arrangeant en cas de besoin. Appartement très fonctionnel et confortable pour un weekend.

The apartment is indeed recently renovated and located near to the city center, so great for a city trip! Some of the downsides though, were the key box (I injured my hand opening it), lack of dishwasher tabs and cleanliness (yellow spots on the sheets, refrigerator, plates etc and shower head a bit dirty). The apartment was indeed recently renovated and very nicely decorated. Despite the renovation, it remains a very old building. We heard every step of the neighbors upstairs on the floor above us until midnight, so we slept rather badly. Besides, the previously communicated fixed 20°C was just too cold in December. Overall, for two nights the apartment was just fine. Tip: Best to provide extra blankets for the evening and instructions at the radiator in the bathroom (which did not function at our stay).
