A beautifully renovated flat on the 1st floor which is clean, very comfortable and well furnished with all needs catered for, including a cork screw. St Leonard’s itself felt a little tired but Old Hastings was delightful and very close by. The Green opposite the flat in front of the beach was delightful and the whole sea front was lovely and great to walk along.

Caroline's flat is absolutely lovely. It's light, spacious, thoughtfully furnished and equipped, and is a pleasure to be in. The sea view is mesmerising. The location is perfect: you can walk out of the door and be on the beach in a few minutes, or walk along the front into town where there are fantastic places to eat out, and exciting-looking shops and creative spaces. We loved our time staying here and hope to come back again when we can. Caroline's responded to my queries immediately, which was both helpful and impressive.

What a fantastic find! Beautiful spacious flat in a wonderful location just across the road from the beach, and walking distance to all the seaside fun at Hastings. The flat had everything we could need, parking was easy and we had the best bank holiday weekend. Would happily stay here again (if available!).

We had a wonderful stay in St. Leonards. The apartment is truly charming and comfortable. The sea view from was breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The warm hospitality and local recommendations made our experience even more special.
