The home was in a good location and we were please with the 4 bedrooms, However the property states that it Sleeps 8, but kitchen dining room table seats 4, the living room has seating for 3, and the kitchen utensils provide for 7 people. The home has a fair amount of wear and tear, which includes broken appliances, dirty dishes, poor tile finish work, and a tub that did not drain properly.

It was a nice place to let my guests stay in and the company that manages this Airbnb is quite communicative and answered all my queries. Although they do charge extra fee(50$) if you extend from your booked end date as they reschedule the cleaners.

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, close to our family. The property management staff communicated very clearly and the house was clean. The reason for a less than perfect rating is the lack of furniture that would make our stay more comfortable. For example the master suite had no surface for a suitcase and the bedrooms could have benefitted from bedside tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. The dining chairs in the listing photo have been replaced with lawn chairs that are too low and uncomfortable. We also noted a handful of “fix it’ projects that a handyman could complete in a couple hours that I will alert the Management group to in a private message. With a few additions and tweaks this listing could be brought up to the level of others we have used in the Kuna area in the past.
