Well equipment home in a quaint and quiet location with a very accommodating host and great communication. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which allowed our 10 year old boys much fun and some independency given the quieter location. Good general store, great community lawn bowls, fabulous local beach, skate park, large oval and a door step away from the Ferguson Valley, Bunbury markets, wineries, breweries, Dolphin discovery centre and more. You wont be disappointed.

Kathy's place is a beautiful old house in a nice quiet area and with plenty of space. It's an easy walk to a lovely beach too!

The property in Binningup was spectacular. Beautiful location, lovely furnishings and a very country cottage vibe. Unfortunate that Kathy insinuated me to be a liar - leaving a sour taste in the mouth after a spectacular weekend down South. Would be less hassle to book a hotel.

We would thoroughly recommend staying at Kathy’s place. The property is a beautifully renovated two story house in a quiet street walking distance to the beach and general store. There was a welcome bottle of bubbly, chocolates and a jug of fresh milk in the fridge. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was luxurious and stunningly styled with French provincial furniture and Laura Ashley soft furnishings. High quality sheets, bathrobes and fluffy towels, plentiful hand and shower wash, magazines, dvds and fast internet. Kathy has thought of everything, the kitchen was well equipped, everything was at your fingertips. The garden is beautiful and has a large grassed area with fruit trees. We are very fussy but couldn’t fault this property. We will definitely be back.
