Very good for office works working in a business office near Quadrum. Great view and easy access to shopping.

Located right next to Europa shopping mall with several restaurants, grocery store and shops, which is really nice. Also has bus stops with several lines just downstairs so easy to get to the old city or airport, and there is also a walking only bridge to cross the river to the old city. The building is a nice high rise with a fast elevator, a balcony and AMAZING views over the river. The apartment is well appointed, on the 20th floor, you can tell it was super new at one time, though its not as luxe as the most recently renovated apartments. As an aside, the location isn't very pleasing to walk outside, for that you need to go over the river to the old city and Gedyminas prospektas. Communication, checkin and checkout was excellent. Overall we're very pleased with our stay.
