Villa Castellini was equipped with everything one could wish. The setting, view and surroundings were exquisite. The property graced with olive trees and edible walnuts, pomegranates, plums, figs, etc. It was perfect for our guests - three generations - no regrets!

We have been at many Airbnb locations, but clearly this one was by far the best in all dimensions - location, house, pool and the entire equipment. The space in the gorgeous house and outside area offers many lovely place to relax in smaller groups and though traveling with 4 generations everybody enjoyed the possibility of privacy. We truly loved Peters and Annas location with many charming details and are looking forward to come back again.

Peter’s amazing villa in Terricciola is a magical place. We were 12 in total including four young children, and have thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool, outdoors, and spacious kitchen and living room in the house. The air conditioned rooms were incredibly comfortable and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. Peter arranged an amazing cook at home service for our anniversary weekend with Arianna & Friends which we also highly recommend. The area around the Villa is beautiful and offers lots to do, including with young children. Pisa and Lucca are only a 30 mins ride away, while the beautiful towns of Pietrasanta and the beaches at Forté dei Marmi less than an hour away. We will be back! Thank you Peter and Ally for all your hospitality!

We visited as two families with two teenagers each. We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa, the agent Ali is very helpful and will help book events or give information on anything you need in the area. The villa is beautiful and extremely well Equipped, especially the kitchen. If you stock on food and wine up you won’t want to go out. The pool is fantastic and our teenage kids loved it. We will look to revisit this villa again and would recommend it to friends. Many thanks to the host and Ali

Such a beautiful and spacious villa; each of the pool and view are amazing, but they’re absolutely stunning as a combination! The pool is great for serious swimmers as well as dabblers, with a very deep end and a shallower one too. Possibly too deep for very little ones, but they should have floats and supervision anyway. Everything you could wish for in terms of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, condiments, cleaning products, towels, sun-beds and umbrellas. Drawerfuls of handy ingredients are there saving on supermarket searches for spices and oils. Beds are super comfy with very effective and easy to use aircon in each room. The layout allows for large families of all generations (one bedroom & en-suite is on the ground floor). Only problem we had was the drains which resulted in a couple of bathrooms getting flooded, but Ally sent a plumber round the same day we informed her. She was incredibly helpful and very responsive, including organising us a discounted taxi for the airport.
