The property was incorrectly listed as having AC when it doesn't. In the height of a Majorcan summer, it was sweltering in the bedrooms on the single night me managed there. It was infested with ants, so any food, regardless of where you placed it in the kitchen, was quickly covered in them. There are so many poorly fitted windows and doors, that by night, the place fills with the local lizards. My kids were not happy. Half the lights don't work, either dead bulbs or electrics, who knows.. The location is beautiful and the pool is magical but that's not enough to counter the poor elements. It needs AC and lots of maintenance before it can be considered good.

Erstmal das positive: eigentlich sehr schöne Anlage in sehr guter Lage, für Kinder ein Traum/Abenteuerspielplatz! Manacor ist 5min entfernt, tolle Strände 15min, super Restaurant fußläufig ABER: ACHTUNG: falsche Angaben im Inserat!! Es gibt KEINE Klimaanlage und direkt neben der Unterkunft steht ein weiteres Haus, über dessen Terrasse man erst zum Pool gelangt, auf dessen Terrasse die Waschmaschine und die Tischtennisplatte steht! Es müssen sich ggf. 17 Leute den Pool teilen... Von Privatsphäre keine Spur! Haus hat viele Mängel, über die man bei vorhandener Klimaanlage hinwegsehen würde und die man sehr schnell beheben könnte (ausreichend Geschirr, tägliches Pool reinigen, funktionsfähige Lampen), aber 38°C ohne Klimaanlage ist eine Zumutung. Das Inserat wurde zweimal nach unserer Buchung geändert! Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit Bellvilla sehr schlecht, uns wurde mit weiteren Kosten, sollten wir weitere Dinge beanstanden! Airbnb hat uns ohne Probleme einen Teil des Gesamtbetrages erstattet. Sollten die Mängel behoben werden, würden wir sogar wiederkommen, denn das ist eine Unterkunft mit großem Potenzial!

First of all the BELAVILLA company completely lied to us and said that we were renting a private house with a private pool but at arrival we found out that there are 3 houses in the premises and another family was checking in the same afternoon. That family was also fooled and lied to so they were equally upset as us. The house DOES NOT HAVE air conditioner! (I saw that they have not changed the add!) We tried contacting BELAVILLA who completely ignored my messages so we contacted Airbnb for assistance. Airbnb helped us so much! Several days after reaching out to Airbnb BELAVILLA finally replied to an email I had sent and said that since I had contacted Airbnb I would not get any compensation from their part. After one week of discussions, phone calls and emails (both from our family and the other family that had been lied to) we decided to calm down and enjoy the holidays. But the on-site host dissapered. She stopped answering my texts, the pool was not cleaned, we did not have any hot water and no-one came to pick up the trash. I once again contacted BELLAVILLA and they did not do anything.
