It was okay overall, but the restrooms weren’t clean, and there’s some doors that lead straight outside and made us feel a little unsafe.

Erik is a great communicator and host. The house is spacious, clean and smells good throughout. The beds are very comfortable!

Pros: Great location for our family reunion, Amazing communication, big home for 5 adults and 2 child, I love that he is a young entrepreneur! CONS: Back door did not lock that made us fill a little unsafe, and ants VERY bad in the kitchen. I brought both of these things to his attention and he stated that he was unaware, the ants were so bad that we decided to leave a day early and ask for a refund for the remaining day. He stated that we would get compensation for that.

When we first arrived, the house on the outside was very manicured, upon going inside I noticed a bad smell of either dog urine or cat , which literally made me ill, it was mainly in kitchen and going in to living area. There were no curtains on the main living area which was really uncomfortable for me , as people could see right in. The bedrooms were nice , I stayed what time I did stay there in the back part of the house due to smell. They also failed to mention that a train runs all through the night making it hard to sleep. So I don’t think I will be returning to stay again.
