The rate is good considering there is a pool. But the communication prior was impossible. Trying to change the room type and extend a day took about a week and 30+ calls between hotel and Airbnb support to get modified. The rooms were mostly Clean other than the coffee maker and refrigerator were not emptied and clean. The room ac was not draining and my sons with allergies had a bad reaction. We have someone device the ac to clean the dirty vents and was told you must be a contractor to know it needs to be drained the management doesn’t want us adjusting. The room was muggy. The breakfast was nice amenity although less than they provided last year. The property can use some updates and better maintained. The staff themselves were very nice and accommodating when property. The pool was great! The walking to the beach and town awesome! The cheaper option with a pool but a few updates and better communication would bring this to the level it could be.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Traveled with young children, Was great having access to a heated pool. Hotel room was clean and able to check in early. Breakfast in the am was a nice bonus. Easy walk to beach or downtown. You get what you see in the listing. Nothing more or less. Not many spots with two double beds and a pool especially for this price.
