Discover an enchanting Low Country retreat on the pristine Guana Preserve – one of only 29 National Estuarine Research Reserves. 🌿 Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the preserve, then indulge in the comfort of our studio apartment with a king-size bed, full bath, and a cozy sectional couch. 🛌🛁🛋️ Every amenity creates a home away from home ambiance. Bike to the nearby ocean in minutes, where the rhythmic waves serenade you – you can even hear the ocean from the yard! 🚴‍♂️🌊✨ Large 2nd floor open studio with lots of windows, large sectional couch, stylish space- small kitchen with everything you need. We have one parking spot for the guest house so no more than 1 car. The kitchen has a counter top oven and an eye for cooking (stove). This is not a full oven/stove.

Eva was such a wonderful host ! Her and her family were the sweetest!! Made me feel at home. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL and soooo relaxing everything was perfect. Would for sure book with her again

We enjoyed ourselves at Eva's space. We were in town for a family event and this was quite convent for us!! Very central located to everything. I would recommend this location.

It was a very lovely place that had great peaceful feeling, you can hear the bird sing, lovely, sunset, and sunrise, not far from the ocean as well. She had a couple bikes that were easy to use to get to some of these places.

Nice efficiency guest room. Very basic cooking area with mini fridge, no dishwasher, very few dishes, no salt and pepper. The bathroom does not have a vent fan, and the shower head height is for a short person. This room is located upstairs over what looks like a garage, but is in fact a 2nd apartment that someone stayed in. Sound carried through the floor well, and doors slamming and garage door to storage opening and closing was very loud. Street was nice and quiet in a residential neighborhood. Very difficult to locate after dark, the main house mailbox is covered with vines so address is not visible and there is a 2nd driveway that must be used by the Air BnB guest, but NONE of this was explained in the listing or in the very basic instructions sent to check in. No house instructions or manual were provided, just a lot of information about "guana preserve", but nothing about the room we stayed in.

I can’t say enough about Eva’s place! In fact, I have missed it every day since I left. It was cute, comfortable, clean, and so relaxing. I was in town for a wedding, so I didn’t have enough time to do all I wanted. I will definitely be back. The location is perfect - convenient to everything! Eva has thought of literally everything. It is the perfect get away spot!!! So thankful to have found it!
