Great villa, clean, tidy and spacious, the pool was a little small but did the job, unfortunately not heated for first 3-4 days due to an issue but the pool guy came and sorted that for us and was lovely afterwards. A car is recommended as is a little out of the way but that was what we wanted. Paul the host was excellent with all messages, responsive, friendly and informative, I would highly recommend

As frequent visitors to playa blanca and using villas this was one of the best. We knew the location already but it is a 20 minute walk into town in quite a residential area near the school. The villa itself was clean and lovely furnished as was the pool and outside space, with the added bonus of a pool and ping pong table & plenty of games/ toys for younger guests. As a family of 7 adults we had no issues with space etc. We had a couple of niggles, there was no dish cloths/ washing up liquid and antibacterial spray left although there was dishwasher tablets, 1 for each day of our stay. The bbq was small for the size of the villa and had a hole in the bottom. We also discovered on our final day that the mattress had no protector on and neither did the pillows, which were quite badly marked and that the mop bucket was cracked. Little things and crazy I know but I like to leave as I find. Other that these things we loved it and would definitely consider it again

Absolutely top place. The privacy with each bedroom is fantastic. The games provisions were excellent, we played table tennis , tennis and pool everyday. The fact that the splashpool was heated sealed the deal for us. Nice walk through the new walkway down to the seafront. Lovely resort with a beautiful harbour area which you get to by walking along the promenade

Great villa for our family get together! We loved the quiet location, size of the villa, heated pool and the pool & table tennis tables. It is quite a walk to the strip, which didn’t bother us but might not work for some guests. I only gave the villa 4**** due to the lack of attention to detail: No salt, pepper, cooking oil etc; No cleaning products, bin bags, hand soap etc; Very poor BBQ for 6 people; Batteries in the clock & smoke alarm needed replacing etc; Bathroom doors stuck; Pillows need replacing & didn’t have protectors on them; Pool a bit dirty around the water level. Great space, fabulous break but the villa felt a bit unloved due to the above. Could be a 5***** property with a bit more love! Jacqui - (Former Airbnb Superhost with 3 x 5***** properties)

I would have scored it 3.5 stars. The villa was a little tired and the pool area needed a little refurb. It was clean. The portable BBQ wasn't clean. We had noisy neighbours which is just the luck of the draw. Host was very responsive when we had a problem with the TV and a broken lock
