Empire Bay home is located on a quite road, beautiful views of the Bay, ferry boats and many pleasure boats to enjoy and beautiful sunsets. The home was well equipped with large kitchen, pantry, washer/dryer, dishwasher and lots of cleaning supplies ; as well as large deck with outside dining table and lounge sofas & an abundance of kids toys. The beds were comfortable, nice linens -pillows , bathrooms had nice towels , shampoo and soaps… The one item that our family had a issue with was lighting in the living room/kitchen area , was the lighting. We are use to lighting that has a switch that has the option to be bright to less bright . We have dimmable lighting switches in our homes abroad. I don’t know if Australia homes have that option or not…? It’s was a very enjoyable holiday for our family visiting relatives in NSW Central Coast, and we would recommend this home to a large group … Fondly, Margaret

This place is wonderful. So tastefully decorated, this place is magical and the hosts certainly have style. Much nicer than the pictures and that’s saying something. The hosts are fabulous to deal with and the house is extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly hope for. We were all blown away by the experience and recommend this house highly.
