What a great location right in the Marais! One flight of stairs makes it easier with suitcases. The living room has good volume and the two bedrooms are at each end of the apartment. Sarah is very responsive and helped us quickly when we struggled with the washer or water heater. Plenty of boulangeries and food options in the area, and 2 minutes from the line 1 metro that takes you right through Paris. We had an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Sarah's place in Paris. Traveling with a toddler can be a challenge, so it was wonderful for our son to have his own room, complete with a toddler bed, portable crib and toys and books. She also had a great booster seat and kitchen utensils and bowls for him. We loved having a piano in the room (though we didn't have time to use it!) and found the queen bed to be quite comfortable. Although a few items were in need of repair (like a chair and slight issue with the hot water), Sarah was incredibly responsive and we could address each issue right away. I am quite sensitive to noise, and although there was not any neighbor noise, be ready for city living with street noise. This will likely not be noticeable to those who are familiar with city-living (it's been a while since I've lived in a more urban area). All in all, I definitely recommend Sarah's place to families who'd like convenient access to the metro to visit Paris from a wonderful neighborhood!

Sarah’s place was perfect and spacious! She was super accommodating to let us check in early as we were traveling with a 14 mo who needed a nap, also the kids play room was amazing for our child! Great location in a wonderful neighborhood walkable to all the sites. Sarah was great to contact and responded super quickly! The only thing was with the windows closed for noise, it was hot overnight to sleep, we weren’t sure how to use the portable AC unit in the kids room but I’m sure with some guidance it would’ve been fine.

Sarah’s place was in a beautiful location and very charming. She was easy to communicate with, and she was super helpful in allowing us to leave our bags a couple of hours before and after check in/out. Two things I will point out: 1. It seems like she does have a cat living there at least some of the time, and if you’re allergic you may react (I am somewhat allergic and could feel it a bit). 2. I think it’s a cultural thing, but this apartment may not have what many consider “A/C” in the US… it’s a floor unit in one of the bedrooms. Fortunately this wasn’t an issue for us because it wasn’t hot, but noting that if you are traveling during hotter months. She did have fans as well. Overall, we had a great stay and Sarah is an excellent host.
