Overall a nice place to stay at if you want peace and quiet. I like walking, and the city center was 10-15 minutes away by foot. There are TONS of trikes that can give you a ride for a minimal fee. Pros: Spacious room. Cold AC (albeit noisy). Soap and shampoo were provided. Instant coffee and 2 small bottles of water also came with the room. The bed linens and pillows were clean and smelled nice. Water heater in the bathroom. Smart TV with YouTube and cable channels. Cons: 1. VERY unfriendly/unwelcoming receptionist lady. She seemed annoyed that I disturbed her afternoon nap just because I needed to check in. Ang sungit. =( 2. My room was not yet ready, and I arrived 3 hours beyond my check-in time. 3. Lots of noise in the morning due to drivers of a shipping company (?) parking in their lot. 4. Rooms aren't soundproof. Unluckily for me, repairs/repainting were being done to the other rooms during the day, and the workers and staff talked loudly as if they didn't have any guests.

First off, huge thanks to Kassandra for the room upgrade! I was on day 10 of my Philippine Loop motorcycle tour and the room assigned to me was right next to the spot I parked. Very convenient especially for someone who has a lot of things to carry from the motorcycle to the room. I had my first 8-hour sleep of the current trip and it energized me enough for the next days. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay in Dumaguete! 😁👍

Nice place, clean and quiet. Secure parking. Close to a lot of thing but Pagadian is not so small.
