Quite neighborhood, didn’t feel like we were in a basement. Great kitchen, bathroom had two sinks which worked out great. Chris’s was very helpful & responded quickly with any of our questions. Will definitely book again. We had to leave early & Chris was very understanding, thank you!

This place was perfect for what we needed. I wish we could have spent more time there. The beds were heavenly!!!!! Seriously, never slept in more comfortable beds. They were so great. Awesome shower too. Loved the table tennis and pool table. Such a great place- we would definitely stay again. Definitely one of our favorites so far!!!

This was a perfect place for our family of 6. Our oldest attends SUU and we wanted to be able to include her in our younger kids spring break which worked out great. She was able to come after class and hang out with us at night. We all loved the pool and ping pong table! The home was clean, comforable, and inviting. Chris and Karen were so responsive and accomidating when we needed a little bit later check out. Thank you!

My stay at this vacation rental was a great experience. The place was really clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is big and has necessary cookware. It’s located in a quiet safe neighborhood. Cedar City weather can be wet and cold so I was thankful the closet was stocked with extra blankets. It was snowing at the end of March. If you’re traveling with kids, this vacation rental has a nice large backyard grassy area and a trampoline. My grandson was too young (11 mo) to give it a try but he had fun pushing around the tricycle that was out back. Entry is easy and hassle free and the area is well lit at night with security motion lights . Thank you!!!
