We came to Mark’s place to celebrate our 50th birthdays with friends from college. After 30 years of friendship we wanted to make some more, lasting memories, and boy, the location did not disappoint. The villa is beyond the descriptions and has enough room, both indoors and outdoors, to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. What more to expect from a oceanfront villa. Mark is a great host and all his recommendations were spot on. From Monique the taxi driver, over Carl, the boat captain to Everton, the private chef. All were reliable, and kept every promise and agreement, just like Mark. Thanks for sharing this gem!

If you’re considering booking with Mark for your next vacation - DO IT. If you’re nervous about booking an air bnb instead of a resort internationally - don’t be! Mark and his crew were phenomenal. Any questions or concerns we had leading up to our trip, he (and his manager) were happy to provide us with all the information we needed, and then some. I highly suggest using his taxi driver Monique instead of renting a vehicle. She was reliable, informative, and so friendly. She, her mother and her daughter all work together, and we had the pleasure of meeting all three. As far as the house and ammenities are concerned - we give it a 10/10. The views are even better in person. The home was squeaky clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed for the most part. There were only a few things that I would suggest adding - some throw blankets for the living room, and a few more pots/pans would have been nice as we cooked almost every meal at the house. A trip we will never forget!

We enjoyed our stay! This was a family trip with my partner and in-laws. Sitting on the back patio and looking out at the ocean was our favorite part and was so peaceful. We saw dolphins and even a few sharks while sitting out back. There are plenty of places to sit, both indoors and outdoors. Be sure to walk to the sunrise at the east end of the island. The only thing that I didn't realize is that, it's mentioned how walkable this area is. My in-laws are older and love to walk so I was anticipating there to be more sidewalks right along Eastern. It's mostly street walking, with one option to a sidewalk which is to walk to the end of the island (10 minute walk) and you can follow that strip of sidewalk to the grocery store. We really enjoyed having Monique as our go to person when needing a ride, she's VERY knowledgeable and accommodating. Chef Everton made us a meal one night that was enjoyable as well.
