I’ve used Airbnb around the world and Phil was by far the best host I’ve ever had! My partner ended up arriving in Blackpool early so Phil checked us in early and also let us check out later due to my partners train leaving later in the day. The flat was lovely and clean. Phil also gaves us a second set of keys as I accidentally locked myself out. Absolute legend. We can’t thank you enough Phil, we will be back!!

absolutely amazing stay at Phils Place. I felt right at home. he was helpful and informative. I felt so at home and at ease. I stayed for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. perfect size flat for myself and my very barky dog and this didn't bother Phil in the slightest. We will definitely be returning without doubt at least once a year with or without my dog I know I can return here and feel safe inside and outside. as a person who suffers with severe anxiety and never travelled on my own I highly recommend Phil and his place location spot on. walking distance to tram and bus stops. train station on doorstep i found the area is quiet and peaceful. the place itself was spotless and so clean. everything I needed was provided. and he filled the fridge with bread and milk and jam and butter which was very useful as I forgot my butter. can't fault Phil as a host and the place was spot on. thank you Phil Teddy says thank you too.

Must say we had a great stay, was my birthday weekend stayed for 4 nights, well worth the money somewhere to rest our heads, super close to the strip and pier loads to do pleasure beach a stone throw away, oh and let’s not forget free parking! What a perk! We took the tram and walked the strip which meant being able to have a cocktail and leaving the car behind. Phill was great such a lovely guy so helpful and the little things such as him giving us bread milk and butter some body wash and shampoo was lovely although we brought our own was really nice of him. Would definitely visit again.

cosy compact v clean 1 bed flat . plenty extras shampoos conditioners gel. cleaning stuff ....... hamper in fridge with plenty essentials. nothing too much trouble . v helpful . makes you at home ideal position right behind pleasure beach tran in walking distance and train to preston right outside . plenty parking on road . quiet area walked dog and didnt feel uneasy . bonus dogs allowed
