BEWARE OF MOLD! The stay began as a nice experience but building has very poor air circulation and bc it rained nearly every day, it was humid inside the apartment even though we kept the windows open for 6+ hours every day. Food molded on counter. As told by host, we flipped the mattress and found so much mold in the mattress and it was soaking wet! We also found mold behind the dresser and also all over my suitcase. We left immediately. Uninhabitable and unacceptable. All photos were sent to Airbnb and we received a refund. When we reached out to the host, she did come over immediately but suggested we put the mattress in the sun so it can dry before her next guests come. If you stay here, PLEASE check the mattress to make sure she bought a new one. She also claimed the housekeeper KNEW the mattress was wet a WEEK PRIOR and “put it outside to dry” even though we were home when she cleaned and she NEVER put the mattress outside. Just put the wet mattress face down. Never told us.

Cozy apartment in walking distance of the train station. This was a great home base for hiking around Cascata delle Marmore and we were able to catch the bus nearby to visit Carsulae. Roberta was very accommodating of our late arrival and even did some grocery shopping for us so there would be food waiting. Wifi was a little slow if you are planning to do intensive remote work. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance made this a great place for visiting Terni.

Très charmant condo, au coeur du quartier historique. Très bien équipé, surtout au niveau de la cuisine. Après une longue journée de voyage, Roberta, très accueillante, nous a conduits jusqu’à l’appartement.
