Overall great stay! It was gorgeous beach view. Niki provided excellent local recommendations and check in was super easy. Would be a great place for a family vacation.

Blue Haven was exactly the place we were looking for. The cabins are quiet and peaceful, and the beach was fantastic. Niki was so kind and quick to message. She also took the time to check in, and make sure everything was as we needed. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

This is a little hidden gem! Not just because of the relaxed environment, fun games and pristine beaches but for the owners! Everyone we met that own or take care of the property made us feel like family from day one. I wasn’t sure what I was sadder about the vacation ending or not seeing all those friendly faces everyday! We also loved how many fun games they had! If you go make sure to youtube how to play washers! They are all pros. We are already planning our trip back!

A rustic hideaway off Lake Huron. The cabins are small, and, while they suggest up to 5 or 6 could stay, I would not recommend more than a family of 4 try to fit. My daughter and I were VERY comfortable. The recent updates definitely give these cabins a “glamping” feel, but it’s still rustic. If you want a hotel, stay in a hotel. We are talking bugs, well water, sand everywhere. If you’re OK with roughing it a bit, this place is awesome. I was also impressed with the grounds themselves. The beach is well maintained and the yard has chairs with scattered fire pits, including one on the beach. There are ~15 cabins on the property, so you will see others. You will share fire pits, chairs, beaches, and polite conversation. We were lucky that everyone there during our stay was very pleasant, but I could see where someone on a romantic holiday might want more privacy.
