Beautiful lake home with soaring ceilings and oversized windows that provide tons of natural lite. The spacious home has four full bedrooms and a fifth bunk room for the kids. We recently renovated the garage into a game room/kids sleeping room. The property can comfortably sleep 14 and has two huge living areas and a wonderful screened-in patio. All main rooms have a lake view, and the water is just steps away from the house. The property is a very quiet, family-friendly cove. The property has lots of space for spreading out and coming together. There is a lounging space with two living areas, along with a screened-in patio and game room. Many of our guests use the screen-in patio for morning coffee and conversation. The upstairs living space has a fireplace with a seating area, and the downstairs living space has a 60-inch television with a huge couch for family movie nights. The game room has a ping pong table, foosball table, three standing arcade machines, a pop machine, and are large television for rainy days or times you just want to get out of the sun. The game room also has a king-sized loft bed and a full bed for the kids to sleep. It's also fully air-conditioned and heated. The outside has two decks. The upstairs deck has a table to eat at and a blackstone grill. The downstairs deck has a bench swing with another seating area. Right off the downstairs deck is a large fire pit with lounge chairs. The dock has lots of space to hang out with water toys that you can use. The water toys include a Lilly pad, two paddle boards, two kayaks, a surfboard, a wakeboard, skies, and many floatable devices. There is also a fun diving platform. The dock also has a laying-out area with fans, an eating area with a table and chairs, and a serving bar. Many of our guests enjoy fishing off the deck in addition to the fun you can have in the water.

Traveling from Texas for my son’s graduation . Needed a place to stay due to certain circumstances and changes in our plans . Todd was there to accept our request rental and allowed us to stay in his Beautiful Home- Todd took care of our needs after traveling from a long distance with elderly parents , we were able to check in early , always communicating and always available Thank you We made memorable memories !!!! I Highly recommend this property

Our stay at Todd and Melissa’s was nothing short of amazing! The house perfectly accommodated our large group and we had a blast using the kayaks, paddle boards, diving platform, and fire pit! The game room was a great bonus and called for many foosball tournaments! Everyone felt right at home at the Frye lake house! Thank you so much Todd and Melissa for being extremely responsive and opening your home to our group!
We stayed at Todd’s place for a 4 night family girls get together. The house and property is beautiful! It was peaceful and relaxing and we never left the property during our stay. We bbq’d, we cooked, we fished, we kayaked, we did yoga, we enjoyed reading and relaxing on the hammock, we loved hanging out on the screened in porch and we loved being able to listen to music on the nice stereo system inside/outside the house. We had music playing all weekend. There’s just so much to enjoy on this property! I forgot to mention the game room was awesome and I personally loved playing Ms PAC Man lol. Todd is a awesome host. The only regret we had was that we were so busy hanging out and do other things we never found the time to enjoy making s’mores and using the great outdoor fire pit. If you’re thinking about a trip to The Lake of the Ozark’s, you definitely want to stay here!
