Although attached to the main house, the entire space has recently been remodeled with a sound-dampening ceiling built for privacy and peaceful quietness. The entrance is in the back of the house and has a separate parking area with a sidewalk that leads to the gated entrance. Our goal has been to give our guests their own private space so you never feel like you're intruding on our lives. The cozy unit offers all the amenities necessary for short or long stays. We've furnished the space with a warm Tempur-Pedic queen-sized bed and wonderfully soft pillows and bedding. On the opposite end of the room, a narrow twin bed can double as a couch. The open-planned studio also features a gorgeous kitchenette, study area and desk, closet, and bathroom. All cooking, cleaning, and living supplies are a courtesy if you ever need them. A mounted VIZIO smart TV is available with BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) streaming features. The space is heated and cooled with central air and an additional space heater is ready to use for our movie night snugglers. Rest assured that our home is tucked back into one of the safest and family-friendly neighborhoods of Pleasant Hill. Nevertheless, security is a high priority so the exterior of the home is watched with several alarmed security cameras and the suite is protected with a coded lock and an iron privacy latch.
