Horrific stay and had to leave early. The house is nice and beautiful views but the water was coming out bright yellow and smelled of sewage so we could not shower or wash dishes or brush our teeth for four days in the house. At first the host was responsive and helpful to try and sort it but it was taking a long time. Apparently they sent a plumber to fix it but afterwards the water was still bright yellow. We were told the water was safe and normally like this. Bright yellow water that smells of sewage is not normal. We have local family and they do not have the same issue. They then refused to help fix the issue further. We also tried to help sort it but they were rude on the phone and also refused to issue a refund when Airbnb mediated the situation. Thankfully the policy was classed as high severity and we have been refunded. Never been treated so terribly by Airbnb hosts.
