The local contacts Jose and Lucia were very helpful. The property was clean and as described. There is one shared lavatory / shower room. On cloudy winter days the solar panels may struggle to deliver enough hot water but generally they worked fine. It was private and easy to park. The artisan bakery (real wood fired oven) next door is run by a very nice guy who was happy for buyers to visit and buy fresh rolls and loaves etc at night just out of the oven. There may be the occasional whiff of wood smoke but only momentary. The beach at the bottom of the road about 15 mins drive is clean and uncrowded. If you are looking for peace and quiet and are happy to self cater or drive to Mogan (about 40 mins away) this is a great place.
