Welcome to Catalina Hideaway! A boutique-style property minutes from the ocean and situated steps from Gleason Park. Enjoy an open living room, kitchen, and dining room with enough space for everyone to enjoy a great meal together. Our game room features two arcade games and gaming systems. Soak in the Florida sun while relaxing in the heated pool, or take a nap in the poolside hammock. Socialize with your family and friends on the enclosed patio while enjoying a beverage at the outdoor bar. Catalina Hideaway is a modern beach home minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk to Gleason Park, where there is something for everyone. Modern decor and conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, sunny dining room, heated pool, enclosed patio & bar, game room, and laundry room. When you arrive at Catalina Hideaway, you will be welcomed by the lush, tropical landscape. Beyond the entrance, you will find the open living, kitchen, and dining space. The living room features a large sectional couch and a 65' television. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking a large family meal. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining area that opens to the outdoor patio. Catalina Hideaway offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Every bedroom has a smart TV. 1st Bedroom: Enjoy a spacious main bedroom with a king bed, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom: Features a king bed and desk. 3rd bedroom: queen-size bed 4th bedroom: a bunk room that consists of a full-size bed with a full-size bed overhead and a trundle twin. We offer a well-stocked kitchen, including but not limited to: -Crockpot -Blender -Toaster -Pots & pans -Coffee grinder -Keurig & coffee maker and supplies (coffee, Keurig pods, tea, cream, sugar) -Welcome snacks and drinks -Seasonings * Just ask!! special cooking items available upon request We also provide beach supplies, including but not limited to: -Toys -Beach chairs -Beach cart -Beach towels -Boogie boards -Beach umbrella -Rolling Cooler Rinse off after the beach in the outside open-air shower by the pool. Walk to dog-friendly Gleason Park, which offers a few playgrounds and a community pool. Chat by the fire pit in the backyard and lay in the hammock, and read a book. Relax in the comfortable living spaces our home can provide for you and enjoy Florida living at its finest. We will do our best to make your vacation an amazing experience. Excellent host. The place was perfect for our group of 8 which included 4 grandparents. Nice to have 3 bathrooms for the group. Lots of space to spread out. Games/TV room was great. Pool was excellent. Pool cleaner came twice during our week stay. The place was fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. We were a touch loud one evening but we were celebrating our son's wedding. We quieted down and respected the 10pm quiet time all other days.
The house wasn’t as clean as we had hoped and there was a lot of pet hair/dust. The house needs a deep cleaning but overall it was a nice spot for our group. We enjoyed the game room!
The Catalina Hideaway was the perfect location for our short family gathering for a special occasion — it is just as noted in the pictures! Pristine pool, lovely backyard oasis, very comfortable bedrooms and two large family rooms. We truly enjoyed our stay — perfect!
This house was a great size and accommodated our party very well. The pool, games and space is perfect for families. Sadly, we had issues with the cleanliness of this house as the outdoor screened in porch room had huge clumps of animal hair, dirt and debris around the perimeter and the tile floor was soiled. I had to reach out and request someone to come and clean this room and someone was sent the following day. There was dog urine dried on the base of the kitchen island. The couch in the playroom was unusable because of the smell of dog. I was refunded some money for cleaning and the rental in because the heater in the pool was in the process of being replaced and didn’t heat the pool until the fourth day of our stay. This house has great bones and some really amazing features but feels like there needs to be more detail to upkeep and cleaning.
For the price we paid (after a refund for the heated pool not working), it was a good value. However, there were a few things that I wish I would have known before arriving. The house has a noticeable musty smell, and the air conditioners in the rooms are extremely noisy. Also there was a bit of dog hair around, but not enough to be a huge bother. The house was large, the backyard was huge and the house worked for what we needed. We were bummed about the pool heater being broken during our stay, that we discovered, but we did get refunded some money for the bother. Overall it was a good value for what you got.

Indian Harbour Beach is a quiet beach town close to lot of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The local neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Gleason park is a short walk away and the beach is less than a 5 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is about 15-20 minutes away. Downtown Melbourne is approximately 10-15 minutes away.
Getting around is quite easy by car, bike, golf cart, or on foot. There is ample parking on the property and at all of the shopping areas nearby.
