You may noticed we have multiple listings. This listing is for 3 suites, which can sleep a maximum of 9 guests. This listing has a premium suite and 2 non-premium suites. Other listings offer a different number of suites as well as the option for 2 premium suites. All listings have exclusive use of the property. The house has 8 suites, 3 premium and 5 non-premium, which can sleep a maximum of 23 guests. This listing is for 3 suites, a premium suite and 2 non-premium suites, which will sleep up 9 guests. You can choose which premium suite you want to use and the two premium suites that will be locked. One of the premium suites is wheelchair accessible and has a back patio area. The other two premium suites have views to the pool and beach. The non-premium suites sleep 2 or 3 people depending on the particular suite. You can choose which 2 non-premium suites will be used and the other 3 will be locked. However, if you have 9 guests, you will be required to use the non-premium suite that sleeps 3 guests. Bedding, towels, body soap, and air conditioning is provided in all suites. There is a full kitchen, breakfast bar, living room, 5 social bathrooms, and a larger multipurpose room for dining, parties, dances, meetings…. All the suites and the living room have a HD Smart TV with Netflix included on it. There is a rooftop that includes a bar, pool table, BBQ/kitchen, sitting area, and a hot tub. The front yard contains another BBQ, pool, hammocks, sitting areas, and a covered dining area. There is also a bathroom in the front yard, so if your in the pool, you don’t need to go inside the house to use the restroom. The front yard has ocean/beach views. Please note that if the optional 2 single beds are used in the wheelchair accessible premium suite, the suite will no longer be wheelchair accessible because of a lack of space in the bedroom. This means if the suite is required to be wheelchair accessible, the number of guest allow will be reduced by two guests to only 2 guests because it is required to remove the optional 2 single beds.
