The primary bedroom features a cozy new mattress - king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed & trundle bed w/2 singles. The shared bathroom on the ground floor offers a newly remodeled walk-in shower & separate vanity area. The 4th bed in the home is a trundle bed w/2 singles located in the open loft on the third floor, overlooking the main living area. The loft doubles as an office with a desk/chair - great for remote work! Lakeland Village must-have amenities include private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, & children’s play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities. Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company & does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home. There is nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental in walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter. It was a great stay! Good access to lake and we were able to cook and gather in comfort. Very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was updated, very well taken care of and the beds were comfortable. The beach was nice and the pool had just opened. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, just a row back from the beach and near the hot tub. Easy walk to restaurants (Heidi's Pancake House, Artemis, Sugar Pine Bakery etc) and across the street from Whole Foods and Safeway. The condo was very clean but homey. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of six. The kitchen has all the appliances and accessories you need, just no cooking oils or condiments so bring what you need if you plan to cook. There is a huge difference in temperature between the downstairs bedrooms being cold, the mid level with kitchen being warm and the loft being hot. It helped to leave the slider open for fresh air but I imagine the loft is pretty hot for sleeping during the summer. Overall would definitely recommend this rental.

Walking distance to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and bars.
You’ll find 2 parking passes in the home. A pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times or it will be towed. If spots are available, you may use the parking under the lodge. A boat trailer will count as 1 vehicle.
Transportation options include Lake Link, a free on-demand ride service; a free winter ski shuttle that runs from Ski Run Boulevard to Heavenly, departing near Riva Grill; BlueGo city buses that run hourly on the street in front of the Lakeland Village Lodge and across the street at Safeway; Uber and Lyft; or see more information about getting around Tahoe in the Public Transportation section below.
