Only an 8 min walk from 5th Ave and 10 to the beach and even closer to Walmart and 3 other major supermarkets. Enjoy many different restaurants, shops and food stands. This beautifully located unit was designed with the traveler in mind, whether long or short term. In this brand new suite we made sure to add all the little differences to ensure comfort from plenty of bedding for your super comfy King bed, towels with no need for laundry service with a washer/dryer and rack in house, to the highest speed internet possible for ease of work. Cooking or baking is no problem with a full kitchen inc oven. Although located centrally, noise is rarely a concern. With all the luscious greenery surrounding the back and such a peaceful environment, this place really has its own somewhat private jungle feel to it. Enjoy your coffee in the morning and/or quite often look down and notice several iguanas chilling in the sun on the concrete below while you relax on your private patio.
