This charming, river themed cottage was the best place for our little staycation. The kitchen/dining area Florida room had a scenic view of the backyard overlooking the river which my wife and daughter enjoyed every morning. The home was stocked with entertainment like fishing supplies, kayaks, fire pit, board games and books to pass the time. The town of Inverness was fun to explore and very “nature lover” friendly. The home was welcoming and tidy, and instructions were clear and concise. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay and made many memories with our little one. We hope to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family had a great time. We used all of the amenities available with cold weather. My daughter rode the canoe, my husband fished and the fire place was truly enjoyed. It’s a very cozy house, easy to find and safe. I’d book again the the future.

Ariana was great to work with. The house is on a quiet street, close to grocery stores, restaurants. Ariana has lots of outdoor activities available to use if you want to stay close. If you want to venture out we were 1-1/2 hrs from Tampa, hour from crystal creek, Orlando. Great location for all.

Lovely cottage with a beautiful back yard right up on the River. Ariana keeps in touch and is a excellent host. She has everything you need to go exploring the River and the house has all great amenities. My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend away, thanks again Ariana your house is a gem of a find :)
