the pond fountain was dirty and was a breeding ground for midges and mosquitos. the place was hot so we had all the interior doors and windows open, no a/c. they ate me all night long for 3 nights. this was advertised with 2 bedrooms 2 beds. one bed was a typical roll out which was uncomfortable to the point of sore back no sleep. maybe 4 hrs sleep a night... also the place was advertised as on site parking which also was unavailable. the second 1/2 bath turned out to be on the rooftop which had a steep set of stairs and really only usable if you were up there. the king bed roll out as stated AFTER BOOKING also was queen at best. by putting fish or bleach in the pond, A/C in the bedrooms and a real bed in the 2nd bedroom would definitely make the place 10x better as the rest of the place was pretty good.

Better than described and the location is perfect. We couldn’t believe how peaceful and quiet the Centro of Morelia was at night and this little neighborhood was especially so. The courtyard and rooftop patio are especially nice in Morelia’s amazingly mild climate. Juan was super responsive and very courteous, consistent with literally every other interaction we had in Morelia. We will be back.

This house is amazing. It is the kind of house we want for ourselves when we retire. It’s located 3 blocks from the main church in Centro. It’s easy to walk to restaurants nearby. There is a parking garage right on the next street so if you have a car it can be kept nearby. There is some street parking as well. Drinking water is provided and the washer is a great asset. The kitchen has everything including oil & salt & pepper. We are so glad we chose to stay in this house. This is the best choice to stay in Centro to explore Morelia.

We loved Juans Place we will definitely be back great location walking to all main attractions quiet street place was newly remodeled everything was beautiful we really enjoyed our time felt at home Host was very attentive and helpful quick response beautiful place
