This was a very special stay. The location cannot be beat: easy access via public transport but out in the country and right on the water. The cottage is very clean and cosy. The host Manfred is extremely responsive and accommodating. We walked, cycled (thanks to Manfred’s bicycle loans), and swam in the canal followed by sunning ourselves on the dock. It was very relaxing and we appreciated all the little touches and courtesies in this lovely stay.

It is one of the best Airbnb we went to. Place is small but very well furnished, surroundings are beautiful, Manfred and his wife are really nice and very friendly. I would 100% recommend and would love to see the place in winter time as it seems you can do ice skating on the canal!

We really loved the time at the house on the property of Manfred and his welcoming family. The house is super cozy and the view absolutely stunning. One evening we even saw some deer in the garden. The kitchen has everything you need and Manfred prepared everything for a nice stay. The communication was perfect. The whole property of the family is inspiring and we wish them good look with their future projects. We can really recommend staying there and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at Manfred’s house and can only highly recommend to stay there. You’ll have a spectacular view from the terrace and a beautiful access to the water just a few steps in front of the house. You can have amazing walks along the water, into the woods, etc, visit Stockholm and other little villages around. Manfred was always there if we needed anything, took great care of us and even went to buy a new coffee machine the same day when the old one broke (which of course we did not expect at all). It was a great pleasure to spend the week in this beautiful surrounding and we would definitely come back!

The hospitality was absolutely great! The cabin was cosy, modern & includes everything you need & we felt at home right from the start. The location is very peaceful and quite, the right place to relax and unwind. Manfred and Helen are amazing hosts, tips for location and tours and also pick up was possible. We had a fantastic time and will come back for sure. I highly recommend it!
