Thanks to Andy my stay was more than what I expected. Great location right on the beach and close to any store or restaurant. Andy would respond quickly to answer any questions and his assistants were helpful as well. I'll definitely refer Andy to others for future reference.

Amazing,ing location Amazing host The place has been upgraded since a few post post. Only wish was a small couch for the more chill feel, not have to sit on bed to unwind late night Cya in the fall

Wow! It's really "right on the beach"!! Andy was an awesome host. Great communication. I was concerned reading some recent reviews but either others don't know what they are talking about or the host has stepped it up. The place was spotless, comfortable and not cluttered. The modern kitchenette area of the studio apt was all I needed to cook-in but there are dozens of choices for different types of restaurants just one block away from the beach. The chalkboard wall was a nice touch as well as having the balcony right on the beach to sit out and enjoy my coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The constant ocean breeze was so wonderful I didn't even use the AC at all. The place is very secure so I left the sliding glass doors open so I could hear the waves crashing right outside when I went to sleep at night and woke up to them in the morning. This was the perfect Airbnb beach stay experience. I would highly recommend Andy's place.

The sound of the waves and breeze were amazing. Attentive host and property manager. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. It’s not a 5 star resort but great place and would definitely return.
