The guest house was better than we expected. The pictures are nice but don't do it justice. It was very clean, Lindsey was very responsive and kind. They supplied an assortment of seasonings, granola bars, bottled water, popcorn, oils, coffee, and tea with sugar, honey, and creamer which are all nice to have in the kitchen. The bathrooms had quality soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The rooms were spotless and had plenty of space, with clean sheets and comfy beds. Our trip was wonderful and couldn't have been better.

Lindsay is a wonderful host, very responsive and devoted to making your stay a pleasant one. there are little touches throughout the home that make you feel welcome and makes your stay easier and more convenient. the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the bed is very comfortable. This was our second stay here and we'll be back!

The Guest House is beautifully renovated and well appointed with all the modern comforts of home! Lindsey has thought of everything for your comfort and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of this beautiful neighborhood. We are always impressed with the town of Coldwater and how clean and progressive everything is. I enjoyed walking and shopping along Main Street. The Guest House was just what we needed for a quick family visit to Coldwater. Gail and Mike, Pensacola, Florida.

Lindsay’s home was beautiful. She thought of everything. From the charming decor, to the comfortable beds, to the curated soaps and shampoos to the fully stocked kitchen, nothing was forgotten. Lindsay was very responsive when I made a last minute request. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!
