Essentials like clean towels, 4* linen, and toiletries are provided to you for a hassle-free stay. In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. This Lavie Maison's two-bedroom apartment offers guests an authentic city experience combined with the comforts of home. The interiors are tastefully decorated and strategically thought-out in order to optimise comfort. Our spacious living area is ideal for relaxation, while the fully-equipped kitchen invites those culinary enthusiasts. The windows come with opaque filters, ensuring your moments here are private and intimate, even amidst the heart of Paris. A gentle reminder, the vibrant street life outside might occasionally be audible, adding to the city's charm. El departamento tiene muy buena ubicación, en una zona preciosa, segura y cerca de la Torre eiffel. Más allá que la habitaciones son pequeñas, el peor ambiente es el baño, ya que tiene una puerta corrediza en mal estado, que no cierra bien y esto produce gran incomodidad y que cuando te estás duchando, al abrirse, la puerta del box de ducha queda bloqueada. Además, no tiene ningún accesorio como porta papel higiénico y cuelga toallas. Tuvimos un problema con el hidromasaje que estaba tapado y el extractor de vapor que tenía una filtración de agua. Le avisamos a Levie y enseguida nos envió un plomero, el hidromasaje quedó perfecto , pero el extractor seguía filtrando, menos, pero continuamos con ese inconveniente. Otra disconformidad es con la vajilla, platos y vasos de plástico.
Location was everything! We were able to walk everywhere, easy walk to Metro and Eiffel Tower. This made our first visit to Paris very easy. The unit looks as published, however it might be a little tight for 6 adults. The bathroom was extremely tight, but has all essentials, I appreciated the good water pressure. We just had a hiccup when checking in, the unit wasn’t cleaned. It was a little disappointed because we had asked for an early check-in, and the host advised that check-in will be at 2pm, we got to the unit at 2pm and it wasn’t ready. Then he said we had signed different agreement through their check-in platform, that allows cleaning to be done up to 7pm (so be advised to read fine print). So unfortunately we had to wait out in the cold for hours until the cleaning was done. Thankfully the cleaner was very nice and we were able to leave our bags.

Location, location, location.. Having read the previous reviews we knew the apartment would be small and in general pretty basic so keeping that in mind with a family of 6 we were overall happy. Location is superb, price-quality is good and communication with Jacques very smooth and friendly. I will definitely recommend the apartment.

Train Stations:
Gare du Nord: Around 30 minutes by metro. Take the Line 4 to Strasbourg Saint-Denis, then the 8 and stop at École Militaire.
Gare de Lyon: Approximately 45 minutes by bus. Take the Bus 63 and stop at Bosquet - Rapp.
