This little gem was a home away from home. All the creature comforts with laundry and little yard. Coffee pod machine and all natural products provided, even in the shower!! Soft comfy beds fans and aircon. Clean and neat with a welcome gift. We stayed over the Christmas break and had family come for breakfast and dinner one night. We baked a huge leg of ham in the oven too. Would highly recommend Patrick’s place.

Thank you Patrick & Janette for a wonderful stay. Your place was even better than we expected, lovely and quiet, very clean, well-appointed; particularly for our longer stay, and the very large main bedroom with massive BIW provided excellent storage. Within a few minutes drive to the beach, local shopping centre, the B1 bus to the city, and ~15 minutes drive to the hospital, the location suited us perfectly. The check in / out process was simple, flexible & well-communicated & welcome note was a lovely touch. Lastly, the private yard & clothesline were finishing touches that made us feel we were at home away from home. I highly recommend this property and our hosts to anyone looking for a place they can feel at home in.

Felt like our own little house. Beautifully kept and appointed inside and out and a very private terrace and garden. Lovely, animal loving hosts who welcomed us and our dogs into their place. We’d stay again for sure it was exactly what we needed!

A home from home ... only nicer!  Beautifully presented and sparkling clean, "Halle's Place" is a spacious, comfortable guest house with all the amenities you could wish for.  We especially appreciated having a full kitchen where we could cook our own meals and a lovely garden outlook that was sunny and private.  We stayed for a little over 3 weeks and honestly wished we were staying longer. Great location in terms of proximity to all the Northern Beaches has to offer.  Patrick and Janette were perfect hosts ... friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive.  Would absolutely stay again.  Highly recommend.

Patrick & Janette are exceptional hosts. They welcome us like family. Halle's Place is perfect for our entertaining our grandkids (age 2 & 4) for playtime and dinner. The grass backyard and the open living area floor provide great space for their monster trucks and for building with Picasso Tiles. The location is uber convenient since we rely on public transporation for getting around locally and to get into the Sydney CBD for shows, museums, and walking tours of the environs such as Manly and North head. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and storing dry goods purchased at Warriewood Shops or Pitwater Place. The beds are super comfy. Access to the beach is an easy walk. Great running roads and trails to support fitness training right out the top of nthe driveway. In short, we consider Halle's Place our home when visiting our son and his family. Simple marvelous.
