Perfect for any work being done on a boat in Cleopatra marina. Also perfect for a kite surf trip. Walking distance from a perfect launch site, great casual bars in the neighbourhood. Christina provided lots of great touches, bread, cheese local delicacies.great place to go

Christina and her father were very nice and very helpful. Communication was always fast and clear. The house was perfect for us as we had our boat in the nearby Cleopatra Marina doing some work. It has everything you need. The garden was perfect for our dogs, and also the beach, which was very close by.

We had a very nice stay at Christina's place. The house was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The house has a big garden, which we really enjoyed, especially the kids. There are two dinning tables, a beach umbrella and two sunbeds, a barbeque and planty of space for the kids to play. We also enjoyed fresh fruits from the trees in the garden. The beach was close to the house, quiet and the water was clean and nice. Fishing was also good, the men enjoyed it a lot. The house is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from Preveza and 20 minutes from Lefkada, so we also went to the cities for grossery shopping and during the evenings and had a lovely full day on a boat trip. Christina was very nice and helpfull all the time we were there.

For us the location was perfect being such a short way from Cleopatra’s Marina. The cost was offset by saving time and in not having the additional cost in having to taxi through the tunnel to accommodation in Preveza. The apartment is homely, quiet and spacious. Despite not having air conditioning, the cool breeze that works through the house was pleasant and quiet, but only once we worked out how important the door wedges and fly screens were. We especially appreciated the laundry and drying facilities to enable us to get the bedding, towelling and soft furnishings clean and stored. Communications with Christina were excellent and very helpful.
