Excellent séjour, calme à proximité de l’animation de la Croisette et la plage, bel appartement, agencement et équipement de qualité, avec une disponibilité remarquable de notre hôte, tres accueillant et chaleureux. Nous recommandons absolument cette location.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The apartment was immaculate. The balcony/terrace was very large overlooking the gardens. The apartment was large and spacious, bedrooms were all a good size, all with TV and A/C. Everything you would need was provided. Really clear instructions on how to use facilities within the apartment. The apartment had secure underground parking which for us was an absolute bonus! You could walk to the beach in five minutes and then a further 10/15 mins pleasant stroll for shopping and restaurants. There is some noise for the bedrooms overlooking the street but apart from the first night, when there was some roadworks going on, this wasn’t too much of an issue for us. Stasha and Dave were great at communicating. We would highly recommend this apartment and when we are next in Cannes wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Stayed here with a family of four (10 and 8 year olds). This was the perfect place for us. Three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms (which surprisingly is not easy to find in Cannes) so each of the kids had a room for themselves. As described, the apartment was recently remodeled with a great modern design. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to the beach, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Croisette. The host provided beach chairs, towels and an umbrella which we used everyday. The grocery store was just a few blocks away and there a several good casual restaurants close by. If you're looking for some higher end options, they are a short walk away. The unit even comes with a secure parking spot which was quite large by French standards. Really the only drawback was two of the bedrooms face a busy street, so there's a bit of car noise at night but it didn't bother my kids. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Cannes!
