I would highly recommend this place to anyone . We felt right at home . Spacious inside and out . Wes was a great host and went above and beyond the times I asked to extend our stay . I would definitely get ahold of Wes if we come back to Denver . Hope to work with Wes on other properties in the future

The place was just as pictured tidy, cozy, & warm. It was nice & big for our large group. A nice coffeemaker but cups & glassware were lacking. 4 mugs 3 glasses, 1 wine glass. There was soap but nothing to wash dishes with. No kitchen scrubber or drying rack or kit chen towels :( Having TV's in every was a bonus but none of the remotes worked. Some suggestions: It would've been nice to have a toaster or toaster oven. The washer was uneven/off balanced, & dryer vent hose disconnected. None of the Tv remotes worked properly. We had to take out batteries/ and re-insert in front room TV remote to finally get it to work. All other TVremotes we gave up on. No hair dryer. No place to put the luggage on in the bedrooms. Either a chair or a bench would be nice. We were also disappointed the 3 times we messaged Wes/Ashley prior to our stay, without any response....? All in all we enjoyed our stay & with a few suggestions it worked well for me and my family.

Wes- Your place was in great proximity to everything we needed while staying in Denver. I really appreciate the fact that the house looked exactly like the pictures. I will be coming back to Denver and sure hope the house will be available. Keep up the great work! ~Charlie
