Great guest house option for Myeong-dong right in the view of Namsan Tower! Well-located in proximity to Line 4 and Seoul Station, Myeong-dong market, and Itaewon. Room was minimal (no clutter!), clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size with nice provided toiletries. My room also had a nice view of Namsan Tower. Shin is super nice and helpful and is a great host. Would definitely stay here again if it's available the next time I go back to Seoul!

I was so fortunate to have Yolo guesthouse as my one month accommodation last November. The place was spotlessly clean and quiet, it had good facilities you'll have all you need there, the common area was perfect for work and study, I've met lots of friends. The location was perfect next to a 24hr convenience store also, it's 5mins walk from Myeongdong station and airport bus drop and pick-up, also close to shopping centres and markets. What I loved the most was I felt safe when coming back home as the entrance was visible from the spacious lobby and concierge where the staff usually hang around, it's very important to me as a solo female traveller and was my first time visiting Korea. On top of all, the host will be available all the time to help you, Shin was very friendly and attentive, he'd recommend you places to go and eat and also help you book a restaurant or taxi if you can speak Korean. Overall I'll definitely come back and stay here again, highly recommended!

I arrived early and the host was kind enough to let me drop off my bags while the room was being prepared. The accommodations were exactly as pictured. But note that the stairs are more like a ladder. The entire building was very clean. I did not have any issues while staying there. The location I thought was perfect as it was close to a subway station and Myeongdong shopping but not a crowded street. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is really good and well connected due to Metro. The room is cute and comfy, for long-term visits it's still missing smaller things. But all in all I had a great time there. Also the host is pretty good in English and always there for questions and help. One time he even called a clinic for me to ask if there is a doctor who speaks English (not so common as you may think)
