Great apartment, modern, as the photos! The garage was great as we were travelling on two motorcycles. Location was fine even though it was a little way outside the centre of Nice, transport links are great, tram stop a short walk away. Perfect for our Rugby World Cup stopover. Benoit was a great host and very helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Benoit's place in Nice! The location was fantastic, with stunning views from the 5th floor. The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was fully equipped. The parking space is a bit small, but can fit an SUV - with some effort, but it's doable Benoit was welcoming and attentive, he really supported us during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice.

Great stay at Benoit's place! A little further from town but public transportation is very close. Host provided great restaurant recommendations. Pros: parking spot, large apartment, toilet separate from shower, the balconies, washing machine and apartment matched the pictures. Cons: cleanliness could be improved
