Pros: - Nice area. - Nice building. Comes with reception. Receptionists are friendly. - Good amnesties. - Good contact with host. Always responding quickly. - Good washing machine. - Blender. - 3 bathrooms. - Some roller blinders are automatic, it's comfortable. Problems: - Noise. App called 'sound meter' was showing me between 50 to 70 decibels with the traffic car/moto noise (windows are exposed for the main road). And between 64 to 82 decibels when the plane was passing directly over the apartment (the flight path from the airport is directly above the apartment). - Temperature. I had thermometer with me. In the mornings it was showing usually 16.6 Celsius Degree in the apartment. After the request owner provided me with a small electric heater. It's enough to make one small room with closed door warm. - The mattress in the main bedroom was very hard orthopedic one. - Only cold water in the kitchen sink. - A gas heater in the kitchen, but no CO detector in the apartment.

Sobre el espacio, excelente muy buena ubicación y relación calidad precio. Sobre la experiencia en general; todo iba bien hasta que pasaron casi 24 horas después de entregar el apto., Gina me escribió diciendo que el apartamento estaba todo sucio con sangre y vómito... (Fue muy extraño por qué nada de eso paso y fue 24 horas después de entregar el apto. Que lo menciona) quería que pagará extra por mantenimiento lo cual me pareció una estafa. Nunca culpe a Gina, pues aunque no tuvo casi ninguna comunicación con nosotros, no creí que ella fuera de esas personas que estafan, pero si le comenté que las personas de mantenimiento podrían estar exagerando (pues ella no recibió el apto. Sino que mando alguien hacerlo) para poder pedirle a ella más dinero por trabajar un día feriado (pues la salida de nosotros fue el 1ro de enero 2023). Para concluir la experiencia inicial e Intermedia fue muy buena, pero la final no tanto... Les recomiendo tomar fotos y pruebas de como entregan este espacio
